INSTRUCTION FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION IN NURSERY, LKG & UKG FOR SESSION (2025-2026)

1. Eligibility for Class Nursery:

• Children born in the year 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022 are eligible for the admissions for the session 2025-2026.

2. Eligibility for Class LKG:

• Children born in the year 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021 are eligible for the admissions for the session 2025-2026.

3. Eligibility for Class UKG:

• Children born in the year 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020 are eligible for the admissions for the session 2025-2026.

4. Online Registration: 15th November 2024 to 30th November 2024.

5. There will be no formal interview of the parents as well as the child.

6. The printed copy of the registration form must be submitted to the school as per the date and time allotted during the Online Registration.

7. The Original BIRTH CERTIFICATE bearing child’s name from the Municipal Committee is mandatory. (Affidavits, handwritten or typed attested copies shall not be accepted in place of Birth certificate).

8. The Birth Certificate without Name of the child will not be accepted.

9. If there is any difference of name, date of birth between registration form and birth certificate, then the birth certificate will be considered as a valid document.

10. Kindly bring Registration fees of Rs.700/- at the time of submission of documents.

11. All the original documents shall be returned after verification. The attested photocopies will be submitted to the school for record.

12. The student will be disqualified for admission process at any stage in case of incomplete documents or false documents without any Prior Information.

13. Once your ward is selected for admission, you are requested to get the printout of the challan and pay the admission fees in the school through cash mode. You have to come to school on the particular date and time allotted to you.

14. After depositing admission fee in the school, kindly come to school to fill in Admission form on the particular date and time allotted to you.

15. Medical Report – stating blood group and medical fitness of the child.

16. All the fees taken at the time of Admission are Non-Refundable.

CAUTION: Admission process is precise and fair as per the parameter designed by the school. Kindly be aware of third parties making false claims that they can generate admission to this school after taking bribes or donations. We are not promoting such malpractices. School shall not be held responsible for the same. The parents are requested to approach the Principal directly for admission. Recommendation through any intermediaries will not be accepted.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ADMISSION

1. The Management acting through the Principal reserves the right to accept or refuse admission to this School.

2. The school is for boys and girls irrespective of caste or creed provided the child fulfils certain requirements, set by the school management and the parents concerned undertake to comply with all regulations formed or to be framed by the school management.

3. In considering a candidate for admission, the Registration form duly signed by one of the parents, must be submitted to the school, if neither of the parent is alive/ available, the lawful guardian of the candidate shall sign it.

4. A child who is born between 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022 is eligible for the admission to class Nursery.

5. A child who is born between 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021 is eligible for the admission to class LKG.

6. A child who is born between 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020 is eligible for the admission to class UKG.

7. Name of the Child should be same in the Birth Certificate, Aadhar Card & Other documents. For verification of student record Birth Certificate will be considered as main document.

8. All the fees taken at the time of Admission are Non-Refundable.

9. No pupil will be admitted to this School unless his/her parent or guardian submits:

a. Birth certificate.
b. Original Affidavit stating that the details mentioned on the birth certificate is true & correct and there are no change in it. Kindly see the format on rules and regulations page.
c. Residential certificate.
d. Aadhar Card of Child and Parents.
e. Disability Certificate (if any).
f. Sibling Proof (if any). g. Parents’ Qualification Certificates.
h. Bank passbook of the child.
i. Baptism Certificate (only for Catholics).
j. Caste Certificate (for BC, OBC, SC, ST and EWS only).
k. Original Medical Certificate.
l. Four passport size coloured photographs of the child.
m. One Family coloured photograph of 2x2” size with child.
n. Photocopy of Family Id.

*NOTE: All photocopies must be attested via Gazetted officer or self-attested.

Extra care must be exercised while entering the name and date of birth of the child, as subsequent changes will not be permitted. No correction will be done in future once the particulars entered in the school record. I hereby certify that my child/ward and I shall follow all the rules and regulations of the admission process as well as of the regular school rules laid down in the admission form and the school Diary from time to time. I understand that the decision of the management of the school shall be final and binding.

2. That the date of birth (as mentioned in the date of Birth Certificate is (Date).

3. That the name of his Parent’s are (Name of Parents as per Birth Certificate).

4. That I have carefully checked the spellings of name and date of birth of the above said ward and the school shall not be held responsible for any mistake/discrepancy in future. I shall not claim against the school in this regard, in any manner.

5. That in future, I shall be entirely responsible for any kind of mistake/formality.

The guidelines to register for NURSERY, LKG & UKG admissions are outlined. Please read them carefully and follow the instructions given below.

1.     Open the School Website : www.xaviersirsa.com

2.     Click on NURSERY, LKG & UKG Admissions Link

3.     You will be taken to a new page where New Registrations button will appear along with Login and Password fields.

4.     Click on the New Registration Button.

5.     Fill the form carefully with all the authenticated details as per the record on the Birth Certificate of the child.

6.     While filling the form on the website, you could check “The Instructions and Terms & Conditions” anytime from the links at the top of the form.

7.     You have to upload two photographs, one of the child of whom you are seeking admission and other photo is of the whole family with the child. Size for each photo could be 1MB max.

8.     Latest Student photo, family photo and signatures should be in JPG format.

9.     The form submission date with documents that need to be attached will be mentioned automatically on the acknowledgement slip.

10. You are advised to take two prints of each registration form and acknowledgement slip. One of which you have to submit to the school on the submission date.

1)  The amount to be paid per student is Rs.37,300/-

2)  Fee Challan to be printed and bought to school at the time of depositing admission fees.

3)  Payment (Admission Fees, Development Fund and Security) will be done through Cash mode in the School office on the allotted date and time, failing             which the candidate is said to have forfeited the admission.

4)  The Fee Challan consists of 2 Receipts.

5)  The “Depositor’s use” receipt is to be kept with the parents as a proof of payment.

6)  The “School use” receipt is to be deposited in the School Office on the allotted date and time.

7)  Security of Rs.1000/- is Refundable.

8)  Once the admission fees are cleared, Admission will be confirmed and you will have to come to school to fill the admission form on the date and time                 allotted to you.

9)  If any documents are yet to be submitted, kindly submit the same within 3-4 working days.
