• RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ADMISSION TO CLASS - XI

         Online particulars to be filled as per your Class 10^th Details mentioned during CBSE Board Registration i.e
    Name of the Child, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth.

 ·         Online Registration   : 9^th  Feb 2026 to 15 March,2026

           Time Span                  : 09:00 A.M. to 05.00 P.M.

The Printed Coloured copy of registration form must be submitted in the school as per the date and time given on your Acknowledgement Receipt.

Original Birth Certificate (bearing child’s name) from the Municipal Committee has to be brought during submission along with other required documents. The school will not accept the birth certificate of the child without name.

 Attested copy of Physically Disability/Impairment Certificate(If Any)

Without the attestation, the form will not be accepted.

 Admission will be cancelled in case of Incomplete Documents even after paying the fees. Prior information/Permission to be sought in case of any unavailability.

The candidates who have failed to complete the admission process after the expiry of the due date will forfeit their seat.

Examination and Counselling dates will be shared to students after verification through SMS.

• 1.      The Management acting through the Principal reserves the right of accepting or refusing    

       Admission to this School.

  2.      The school is open to boys and girls irrespective of caste or creed provided the candidate fulfils

     Certain requirements set by the school management and the parents concerned undertake to

      Comply with all rules and regulations formed or to be framed by the school management.

  3.      In considering a candidate for admission, the Registration form duly signed by one of the

      Parents, must be submitted to the school, if neither of the parent is alive, available, the

      Lawful guardian of the candidate shall sign it.

  
  

  4.      Fees will be paid in the bank. All types of fees are Non-Refundable (Cash/Cheque payment will
      be accepted at Canara Bank, City Thana Road, Sirsa).

  5.      If you are late for admission then the seats will be given to Outsiders.

  6.      No pupil will be admitted to this School unless his/her parent or guardian submits these

        ID Proofs:

  CAUTION: Parent, Kindly be wary of third parties making false claims of producing admission in the
   transaction betweenthe parents and the third parties will be done at their own risk. School
  shall not be held responsible for the same. Admission processis precise and fair as per the
  parameter designed by the school. The parents are requested to approach the Principal directly for
  admission. Recommendation through any intermediaries will not be accepted.

  “NO DONATION ARE TAKEN BY THE SCHOOL AGAINST ADMISSIONS, AND IF ANY BODY IS AWARE OF IT,

  DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED BY STUDENTS APPLYING FROM ST. XAVIER’S SR. SEC. SCHOOL, SIRSA.

   

           i.            Affidavit attested by notary regarding the particulars i.e Name of the candidate, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name,
     Date of Birth are correct as per class 10^th CBSE Board Registration.

            ii.            Copy of Candidate’s Detail Form.

            iii.            Acknowledgement Receipt.

            iv.            Medical fitness certificate

  Four passport size photographs of student with school uniform and one family photo (4x6”).           

  DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED BY STUDENTS APPLYING FROM OTHER SCHOOL.

   

  1)      Affidavit attested by notary regarding the particulars i.e Name of the candidate, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name,
  Date of Birth are correct as per class 10^th CBSE Board Registration.

  2)      Copy of Candidate’s Detail Form.

  3)      Acknowledgement Receipt.

  4)      Attested copy of birth certificate.(BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITH NAME)

  5)      Attested copy of Aadhar Card.

  6)      Attested copy of Parents Aadhar Card.

  7)      Original Medical fitness certificate

  8)      Attested copy Parents Education Qualification

  9)      Attested Cast Certificate of candidate

  10)  Attested Copy of Family Id

  11)  Statement of marks of Pre-Board

  12)  Bonafide certificate before declaration of board results.

  13)  Transfer certificate (MIS Portal)

  14)  Migration certificate after the declaration of board results.(if from other state)

  15)  Four passport size photographs of student with school uniform and one family photo (4x6”).    

  16)  Bank Passbook Photocopy of student.

  Note : Extra care must be exercised while entering the correct name and date of birth of the candidate as Subsequent changes
  will not be permitted once the form is filled.

  ·         I hereby certify that my child/ward and I shall follow all the rules and regulations laid down in the School Diary from
   time to time.

  ·         I understand that the decision of the Management of the School shall be final and binding.
